ALL fees are due at the time of service, including insurance co-pays and co-insurance fees. I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (the four major credit corporations). I typically bill insurance companies $100.00 for a 50 minute Individual clinical hour, and offer 20% cash discounts for senior citizens, veterans, and full-time college students who are cash-pay only.

I am a credentialed preferred provider with the following insurance companies:

• Global, Heritage, & Foundation Networks

• Regence Blue Shield Real Value Network

• I am willing to bill most other insurance companies as an out of network provider

I require 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any therapy appointment; “no-shows” and missed appointments (as well as failing to provide 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling), regardless of the reason are billed at the full clinical rate. It has been my practice to place clients who fail to pay for therapy services in collections after 30 days notice.

If you are an adult and someone else is paying for your therapy, I request that you pay me directly and your family member etc. reimburse you for services. I am happy to supply billing receipts for tax purposes etc. It is expected that children (under the age of 18) would have a parent or guardian pay for their services).
